Our Past
In 1995 Purplewire was born as a division of Syracuse Research Corporation, a not-for-profit, independent,
research and development organization, that primarily serves the US government. This enabled the company to build upon a
solid foundation of incorporating best practices, logical thought, quality control, and technical innovation.
Our People
Purplewire proudly employs one of the most talented teams in upstate NY. Our staff holds advanced degrees
in Computer Engineering, Math, Business and Engineering. This cross section enables us to view your business need from many

Our Business Model
We realize that no two customers are alike. Our method of rolling out your channelSUITE™ solution takes this
into account. Each module install is uniquely customized to meet your process flow, backend integration, and portal
authentication needs. In addition, we pre-populate your data to allow for the module to be delivered in a rollout ready form.
Our Hosting Model
channelSUITE™ is only provided as a hosted solution. This allows us to control the technical and environmental
aspects that surround the program. This includes security, authentication scheme, production environment, and server load.
By controlling these variables, it allows us to provide a lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), a faster deployment, and a
more stable application. Lastly, the fact that it is hosted, will allow your users to access the application from any internet
connected computer.
